Delete External Card

delete https://example.com/programs/{programCode}/accounts/{accountIdentifier}/externalcards/{cardIdentifier}

This endpoint allows a specific external card to be deleted from an account. Simply call DELETE /externalCards/{cardIdentifier} and include the accountIdentifier and cardIdentifier
