An overdraft is defined as the additional amount a customer can spend beyond a zero balance, resulting in a negative balance. Eligible customers must be able to opt-in and receive overdraft protection. Available to customers who are US citizens or legal residents, in each case with a valid physical address within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Customers may incur certain fees if they do not replenish their account to at least $0 within a specified timeframe, often referred to as the cool-down period, which typically lasts around 7 days + 1 grace period.

Overdraft: $15 for each transaction that is greater than $5 and overdraws the Account by more than $10, up to a maximum of ten overdraft fees per monthly statement period.

Grace Period: 24 hours.

NEW Non-KYC Use Case Guide for Enrollment

This is a basic starter use-case that gives a brief high level overview of a non-KYC related enrollment flow for partners. This use case will be updated as we have more partners enroll and leave feedback on this documentation.

Please note your exact enrollment process may differ but this can be used as a sample to get an idea of what the process may look like at a high level.

Changed

BaaS Enrollment API Category

BaaS Enrollment API Guide

This document has been split into two - one for a high level overview and one for strictly Enrollment API endpoints. Each of these has also been updated for clarity and accuracy.

  • Enrollments Overview
    • The overview now more accurately depicts when and how KYC, IDV, and KYB come into effect with the enrollment process and what it means for partners.
  • Enrollments API Endpoints
    • The Enrollments API Endpoints previously were not linked to their counterparts in the API reference and included APIs from incorrect categories. This has now been fixed!

KYC and KYB Guides

The KYC and KYB guides have both been updated for accuracy and quality.

  • KYC
    • The KYC guide now describes the relationship with the new integration with the Socure SDK and provides an explained KYC and IDV path for both existing and new partners.
  • KYB
    • The KYB Guide has been updated to include a list of cross-referenced endpoints from our API Reference section for Business Profile APIs.

Webhooks

The Webhooks Guide has been split into two - one for a high level overview and general info, and the other for Webhook Samples that have been updated immensely.

  • Webhooks Overview
    • The webhooks overview contains high-level information about Webhooks and common themes and requirements.
  • Webhook Samples
    • The Webhook Samples page includes twice as many Webhook Samples as before, with much more robust and accurate data for our partners, including multiple event types.
